Nearly all of our stock is pre-owned/second hand/used. All watches are checked but do not come with warranty unless the buyer requests a full service which can be quoted before delivery. Where there exists a manufacturer’s warranty or watchmaker’s service warranty, the watch movement is covered for the period stated, however this warranty does not apply to any damage caused by mistreatment of your watch. The warranty does not cover damage to bracelets, cases, crystals/glasses or damage arising from water ingression. There is no cover for accidental loss or damage. All our watches are fully authenticated and are offered for sale in full working condition prior to dispatch.
If you are based outside Australia, you may have to pay import or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. We encourage clients to research these potential costs prior to purchasing items from us. We declare items at full value disclosure on all items sent overseas and this is required to ensure proper insurance cover in sending valuable items. If you are unsure about whether these charges apply, you should contact your local tax or customs office for further information.
